Hi there, I´m trying to write a library in C++ that returns the CPU ussage
perecentage (like windows taskmanager does). I got some piece of code in this
same forum  but it doesen't work propperly. What happens is that the returned
value is 0, this is because "dbIdleTime = dbIdleTime / dbSystemTime" allways
returns 0 because dbIdletime and dbSystemtime allways are 0. Anybody got an
idea how to solve this?.
