while trying to get the log4cplus logging framework 
(http://log4cplus.sourceforge.net/)
to compile with dmc (8.43) i got the following error message:

Error: stlport\_deque.h(91): size of DiagnosticContext is not known

the (simplified) code (from log4cplus/ndc.h) is:

are there known issues with forward declarations ?
