I've been investigating EBO and EDO (Empty Derived Optimisation - my own

Only Comeau 4.3.0.1, DMC++ and GCC 3.2 do all permutations of both
optimisations.

For EDO, Borland and GCC 2.95 fail on several of the cases

for EBO Borland, CodeWarrior, GCC 2.95, Intel, VC++ and Watcom all fail on
some of the permutations.
